Interesting idea. I like it.
I know Klo has always seemed to have oversized shorts (with a big belt to hold it? XD), but this is the baggiest I've seen. Nothing wrong with it~.

I like your idea for the shoe and the "picture" frame idea. This one looks a bit more believable than the one I did a month or so ago. XD

I'm not entirely sure if there's anything "wrong" with the eye, because you actually did keep it in the boundaries it needs to be in (as in, the eye doesn't go out of the eye socket and into the cheek, happens a lot to me and a lot of people).
This is mainly for his left (or our right) eye. But it's realy minor to me. You can maybe change the size or something, perhaps?
